1.Most countries we use DHL service
2.EMS for Russia, about 20 working days.
3.DHL service must need correct telephone number, post code and address
4.Express shipping may cause much higher custom tax which needs the receipt to pay.
5.Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
6.No DHL service for PO.box.
7.If DHL service is unavailable, we will change to free shipping and refund the express shipping fee.

After the package arrived in your city, the shipping company will contact you and arrange to delivery to your address. Usually in 7 days, if they can’t reach you, the package will be disposed by express shipping company. And all the lost is on you. So make sure your address and telephone number is accurate.
